How many times have you cursed over the price of a basic pair of florist shears? Frankly we have lost count the number of times we have.
Like Florist Knives
, floral shears are always getting lost around our place. So when we were looking for ways to save a few pennies or a buck or two around the flower shop, florist shears were a natural. However, we were not willing to compromise quality! After all, what's the point of saving money on floral shears if they are too crappy to cut flowers?
So off we went in search of a good quality pair of cutters at an affordable price. What we quickly found out is that we could buy from the same factories that most floral wholesalers do, as long as we could meet the minimums (there's that rub again). So we did some math, checked our invoices to determine our annual investment in flower cutting shears, and we were shocked. Based on purchasing just a dozen or two sets a year a flower shop could save a lot of moolah! So here we are: selling good quality floral shears at a rock bottom prices to our fellow flower shops.
Our florist shears compare to ones that we have begrudgingly paid $12.00 - $15.00 for over the years from our local wholesaler. However, we can sell them for considerably less than half that price! Sure, they don't come is fancy display package, but around our flower shop we don't view the package as an asset, just the shears.
